Am-Xitha, Parts I & II (Past Chronicle 2013-2014)
Part IA year has passed since the Second Shar`Vaire Civil War and the fall of the Eliseberg family. New nations rise and old nations lick their wounds from the ravages of war and natural disaster. In this troubled silence, a tyrant has risen to power on the forested continent of Shalzaar.
In secret, heroes have been dispatched to the ancient Ruins of Am-Xitha in an attempt to unseat the usurper, King Tolliver Grimshaw before his villainous plans come to fruition. Will you join the growing rebellion in the Kingdom of Moonfall?
Part II
After over 1,700 years, the city of Am-Xitha has been rebuilt to her former glory. Cultures from around Imarel have traveled to the duchy to take part in the resurrection of this ancient bastion of cultural diversity and advancement. Airships filled with refugees from the Second Godswar seeking a new home, or filled with goods for commerce fly in almost daily, bringing with them their hopes and dreams for better fortunes. Children play in the streets, once rife with undead, while laughing and running through gardens that not five years ago, were polluted with the toxic residuals of sorcerous bombardments.
Yet, in the light of this peaceful woodland duchy, a shadow of lurking fear grows. Across the world, a nation of twisted creatures, known as the Xirath, rise to prominence, guided by a mysterious figure known only as the ‘Benefactor.’ With his motives unknown and a hand extended in peace, many leaders fear the unseen hand bears a knife for the world still reeling from the ravages of two wars in recent years. Now is the time for heroes to rise once more, and take action in these most intemperate of times.
