Vocor
The imminent danger of Tarthyruas', the King of Drakes, awakening to Zoda at large has been averted. Yet there lingers a slow burn within the ancient sleeper's heartstrings, rage slowly building at the discovery of the Xosian Dynasties of Vocoria's treatment of his distant progeny. Hammerspark Hold has taken to the sky once more, its long dormant engine spurred to life by an Old God's oath, the dwarves selected to champion the cause. Despite having intended merely to wrest Tarthyruas' distant progeny from the chains of servitude, Kaal's envoys find themselves embroiled in the endless waltz of conflict between Albadosia, Taijun, and Vocor—and before headway can be made on their mission, they will need to help turn the tides of war against the Xosian empire at least briefly.
The Kaal'kor are on a crash course with the insidious and brutal forces of Vocoria, where the ways of Xos are unspoken law. Can they overcome this ordeal to liberate the Chaos Drakes from the Syn Dynasty's control? The Heroes who helped resolve the crisis in Zodasia rise to the challenge once more, steeling themselves for action against previously unchallenged foes.
Meanwhile, two bloodsoaked pawns of Synri's ambitions for the Second Godswar begin their counterattack from the shadows, Arisyeema the Deceiver and the Dracolich Thanaxiscar having formed a pact with the Helid for the power to strike back at Xos itself. The Phantasmist disguises herself and her partner as champions of order and justice to assemble a legion of followers, intent on revenge against the Lady of Deception.
