In ancient days, Luisellia was an independent city governed by the very first members of the Grimshaw dynasty. And while the dreaded usurper Tolliver Grimshaw has forever tarnished the name of that ancient dynasty, Grimshaw Village has hard-headedly maintained its connection to history. The Grimshaw Village is higher up than the Market and Residential wards, but its reputation has sunk lower than either in recent decades. Grimshaw Village is home to the heavy industry, war-like culture, and live-and-let-die attitude that came to define the Grimshaw dynasty as a whole. Grimshaw Village is no less dense than the rest of the city, but it is more aesthetically uniform with most buildings made of heat-resistant stone, strong wood, and whatever extra steel the foundry produces.
Provincial Barracks: The barracks that house the city guards and a garrison of royal troops. The barracks is also connected to the province’s main prison. Both the barracks and the prison are some of the most secure buildings in the entire city.
Lord-Governor’s Foundry: A massive foundry that doubles as a hive for the local Golemized. This foundry is owned by Lord-Governor Stonewrit and is licensed to sell weapons, armor, industrial parts, golem cores, and some limited airship materials to those with the coin to purchase them.
Black Market: An open-secret, the black market is not so much a single place as the general area of Grimshaw Village itself. Most merchants in this area have a hustle they run under the table. These shadowy enterprises could be anything from untaxed paper to banned magical implements. One often has to be savvy to work their way into this world.
